Introducing a new 10-week class at EGA – EGA Running & Endurance. Interested in improving your running mechanics learning the POSE Method while training for a 5k, 10k or half-marathon? Want to increase your aerobic capacity & be better at CrossFit? Eager to learn how to better pace those pesky running metcons while remaining injury-free? Announcing the launch of group interval training on Sunday mornings with our very own CrossFit Endurance coach, Aaron Castillo.
EGA Running & Endurance introduces a new 10-week class format with the goal of completing a target road race at the end of each cycle. This 1st cycle meets on Sundays right here at EGA on June 6th to August 22nd, 8:00am – 9:15am. What you can expect:
• Help prepare you to complete a target road race of 5k, 10k, or half-marathon distance at the end of each 10-week cycle• Introduction of running-specific strength training to make you a better, faster, stronger, more confident runner
• Train in a safe, fun & supportive environment regardless of fitness level or running experience
